DISTRICT GOALS 2003-2004

 

FLORIDA DISTRICT OF KEY CLUB INTERNATIONAL

Proposed by Governor Mo Coffey

Passed by the Florida District Board of Trustees
1. Collect 100% of Club dues – 50% by November 1, 75% by December 1, 100% by District Convention
2. Increase membership to 14,000 by April 1, 2004
3. Reactivate all suspended clubs by September 30, 2003
4. Charter 15 new Key Clubs
5. Perform and report 400,000 hours of service
6. Raise $70,000 for UNICEF

7. Encourage 100% of clubs to work with children at least once during the year as a part of the Governor’s Project
8. Develop an incentive to recognize individual members who participate in the Governor’s Project
9. Keep 100% of clubs chartered in the last two years active
10. Redesign the Monthly Report Form to focus on service
11. Encourage 100% of clubs to submit Monthly Reports
12. Publish a monthly newsletter for clubs in divisions without Lieutenant Governors
13. Recognize 25% of club officers as Distinguished
14. Calculate the total amount of funds raised by Key Clubbers in the District for any charity
15. Encourage 100 clubs to earn the Governor’s Citation and/or the Distinguished Club Award
